2. Returns & Refunds

    • You can request a return within 30 days of your delivery date.

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Are returns free of charge?

    • Returns are completely free for items meeting our policy criteria.

    • Note: For customer ordering errors (like a change of mind or wrong size), return shipping costs may apply.

  • How long do refunds take?

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
